Am here to help the formal mind(telling to start) win. If you have already made up your mind to start but don’t know how to, stop here and jump too apps needed to start importation business
There are good reasons you should start importation business as much as there are also good reasons you should not start. Wawuu, but what did I say initially? Don’t forget too soon…..I would help that your mind telling you to start
Now fast forward to why you should start mini importation business
Anyone in university knows that apart from the formal learning gotten in lecture halls of university, the university gives you a kind of exposure that make you know something about other people’s way of life and atimes a platform to meet new people. Similarly, importation business would expose you to the knowledge of different cultures of the world and give you the platform to meet people that would help your life.
Ever since I started my importation business, I was exposed to the knowledge that a country like China starts/celebrates her new year in February, meanwhile, by your own understanding and culture(especially in Africa), new year celebration is on early days of January. Conclusively on this part, it might be wrong to wish a Chinese happy new year in January, but you could to that in the month of February and score a 100%.
Also on the platform to meet people, as you progress on importation business, you could meet people who can help your life. I have meet and conversed with many manufacturers/producers and wholesalers; I succeeded in building a relationship link with some, and using that relationship link, I can buy goods even cheaper than what it is sold in Chinese market place.
As an African man, why do you go to school? for some it is to learn but for most, to be qualified to get a job which in turn serves as solution to financial problems. Importation business can give you financial freedom as you progress, imagine making a minimum of 40% profit in your sales. This means, if your start/buy with a total capital of N20,000, you would make a minimum of 40% profit, that is NGN8,000. The profit is not pegged to 40%, just the minimum incase you are still learning how to sell. I have sold with a percentage gain of 200, that is 200% profit. Yea, I but some items with an approximate total of N23,000(both purchase cost and landing cost), after I sold everything, I made a profit of N52,000, is that not wonderful?
People Would Want to Associate With you
I remember those early days on my importation business, everyone around gave me respect, when they hear importer, they would be like: OMG….this guy is a business magnet, imagine he can buy all the way from China to Nigeria, wawuuu, he must be super rich and intelligent. Lest I forget, you don’t even need too much money to start.
Did you know that people would fall for you when they hear/know you are an importer?
Can you still remember your childhood days? how you open your mouth in awe when you hear that someone is an importer? Na to worship him/her remain. But the funny thing here is that an importer is still someone that buy things like others too. Infact, the only difference between an importer and that local buyer in the street, is that an importer buys from a foreign country. But, I only realized that in my adult as an importer. So importation business would make you unique.
Outside exposure, platform to meet people or connection, and people associating with you, there are other reasons you should start importation business. Those reasons are best discovered that discussed. Is the battle in your mind still strong? don’t worry as you read my next publish, one would win. You can share your opinion on the comment section
